St. Paul, Minn. – Representative Kelly Morrison (DFL-Deephaven) will welcome the House Capital Investment Committee to Spring Park on Thursday. Committee members will see infrastructure needs to Spring Park’s water and sewer system firsthand. This project will be considered for possible inclusion in the 2020 Bonding Bill.
