The Legislature is on its annual spring recess this week in observance of Easter and Passover. Legislative business at the Capitol resumes on Tuesday, April 23, at which point the House of Representatives will begin approving the major components of our Minnesota Values Budget.

My First Two Bills to Become Law
Governor Walz just signed my first two bills into law last week. The first makes technical changes to health professionals’ licensing and the second funds emergency children’s residential mental health treatment. I’m grateful for Governor Walz’s commitment to protecting patients, families and providers. |
