Rep. Lippert Statement on Start of 2022 Session
SAINT PAUL, Minn. – The 2022 Minnesota Legislative Session convened Monday at the Minnesota State Capitol. Rep. Todd Lippert (DFL – Northfield) issued the following statement:
"Our economy has bounced back stronger than expected as we continue to navigate the pandemic, but many families and small businesses are still hurting. I'll be focused on lowering the cost of childcare, passing Paid Family and Medical Leave, supporting our schools, and helping farmers protect their soils from the impacts of climate change. We have an opportunity to lower costs and meet the needs Minnesotans face. I'll be working hard to do just that."
