It was fun and fulfilling to celebrate the award with our local St. Cloud law enforcement I am so proud of what I have accomplished by partnering with MPPOA, from ensuring first responders received workers’ compensation benefits when they contracted COVID, funding for officer recruitment and retention, support for officer mental health treatment, and officer tuition relief. I’ll always work hard for the brave men and women who put on that uniform to keep Minnesotans safe. Polly and I spent three days at the convention, where we had opportunities to connect with police officers and their families, and even go fishing with them! Almanac on PBS |
