St. Cloud, MN - Today, State Representative Dan Wolgamott (DFL - St. Cloud) held a virtual listening session on the “State of Our Workforce” alongside Department of Labor and Industry Commissioner Roslyn Robertson, Department of Employment and Economic Development Commissioner Steve Grove, House Workforce and Business Development Chair Mohamud Noor, and other state agency staff. Joining the call were members of the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation, local business owners, labor organizers, and St. Cloud residents.
“Today’s ‘State of our Workforce’ listening session was a powerful and fruitful discussion that featured a wide variety of perspectives from businesses, workers, and organizations from our area,” said Rep. Wolgamott. “I want to thank everyone who participated, and reaffirm my commitment to working with our community and policy makers at the Capitol to help end this workforce shortage and assist more Minnesotans in finding gainful employment.”
