Rep. Wolgamott to Host Virtual Listening Session for St. Cloud’s Businesses and Workers on a Proposed COVID-19 Economic Relief Package

St. Cloud, MN - State Representative Dan Wolgamott (DFL - St. Cloud) announced today that he will be hosting a virtual listening session on Monday, November 30, at 6:00 pm, on the proposed COVID-19 Economic Relief Package recently outlined by Governor Tim Walz. The event will be a platform for feedback from St. Cloud’s businesses and workers, and is open to all residents. Joining Rep. Wolgamott will be Majority Leader Ryan Winkler and Rep. Mohamud Noor, the Vice Chair of the House Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division. The event will be held via Zoom. 

“We need to pass an economic relief package as soon as possible to counter the financial impact caused by the recent measures implemented to curb the spread of COVID-19. We can have a balanced approach where our community is kept healthy and our local businesses are supported,” said Rep. Wolgamott. “This event is an opportunity to give Central Minnesota businesses, workers, and families the opportunity to share their thoughts and feedback with myself and other key lawmakers as we craft this emergency legislation.”

When: Monday, November 30, 6:00 pm
