ST. PAUL, Minn. – State Rep. Julie Sandstede (DFL – Hibbing) is inviting constituents to meet with her at a pair of Town Hall Meetings to recap the recently concluded Minnesota legislative session. The session wrap-up meetings, to be held in Hibbing and Floodwood, will give citizens an opportunity to provide their viewpoints and ask questions about the session’s accomplishments, as well what work remains to be done in the future.
“Hearing directly from the people I have the honor to represent makes me a more effective legislator,” said Rep. Sandstede. “I’m looking forward to meeting with constituents to answer their questions about what happened at the Capitol this session, and discuss how we can work together to make Minnesota an even stronger state with more opportunities to succeed.”
The meetings are free to attend and open to the public and members of the press. They will be held at the following times and locations:
