SAINT PAUL – State Representative Brian Daniels, R-Faribault, released the following statement on the first day of the 2024 legislative session:
“It is an honor to return to St. Paul for the start of what’s sure to be another busy legislative session,” said Daniels. “All of us have seen the consequences of one-party-control that has resulted in nearly $10 billion in new taxes, dozens of radical and divisive policies, and turned a historic budget surplus into a projected deficit. While we may have our work cut out for us this year I am nevertheless as committed as ever to standing firm on our shared values like personal responsibility, liberty, and efficient, limited government.”
