ST. PAUL, MN – Rep. Jeff Backer (R-Browns Valley) met with Todd Travis from Midwest Special Education Cooperative along with Janell Bullard and Lindsey Pellatan in St. Paul. They discussed issues regarding special education needs. Midwest Special Education provides special education services for Browns Valley, Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley, Herman Norcross, Wheaton, West Central Area, Chokio Alberta, Morris and Hancock Schools.
