Wednesday, November 30, 2016

SAINT PAUL, MINN— On Wednesday, November 30, 2016, Speaker Kurt Daudt (R-Crown) and Majority Leader Joyce Peppin (R-Rogers) announced the new members of the House Republican Caucus leadership team. Members of the caucus chose six Assistant Majority Leaders including Representative Marion O’Neill (R-Maple Lake). Rep. O’Neill, who was first elected in 2012, serves District 29B.

“I am humbled to have been chosen by my colleagues to serve on the House Republican leadership team, and I look forward to getting back to work in January to serve the people and priorities of Minnesota,” said Rep. O’Neill. “From addressing our state’s MNsure mess to providing much-needed tax relief for families, farmers and small businesses, there is a lot of work to be done when session resumes early next year. It’s a privilege to serve as a voice for my community and my caucus, and I promise to advocate for commonsense policies and meaningful solutions that work for our state.”
