Greetings from Moorhead,
After a meeting Friday between Governor Dayton and House Speaker Daudt, no agreement was reached for a Special Session to happen this week. It will now be up to the regular session to address health care premiums, the Tax Bill from last session and the Bonding Bill from last session. I’ll continue to fight for our railroad underpass project, border city program funding and agricultural property tax relief. House committee assignments will be announced shortly and I hope to get on committees that will put me in good positions to continue this work.
I wish everyone a warm season’s greetings and Happy New Year. I hope the holidays bring everyone joy and time to celebrate with family and friends.
