Veterans Day is tomorrow, a time to pay tribute to all American veterans, giving thanks to those who served our country so selflessly.
A 2009 survey indicated there were 21.9 million military veterans in the United States (click here for more). The sheer volume of 21.9 million is astounding, but let's remember there is a face and a story of enormous sacrifice for each veteran behind that number. Please take a moment to express appreciation to these true American heroes this Veterans Day; a few kind words and a handshake would make their day. It really is quite humbling when you think about all the sacrifices they have made for us.
