Dear Friends,
Things are getting even busier in Saint Paul as we approach the first committee deadline. Committee hearings are running even longer, and we're seeing a flurry of bills being considered.
This week I co-sponsored legislation with my colleague Rep. Matt Dean that would eliminate MNsure, and move Minnesota to the federal exchange.
After more than $200 million spent on a broken website, I believe it's time to stop putting good money after bad. $200 million could have paid for health insurance for thousands of uninsured Minnesotans many times over.
