I hope you enjoyed Christmas in the company of friends and family and wish you a happy, safe 2014.
People continue providing me with input on the legislative issues as we prepare for the 2014 session to start in less than two months, but there is one side item where folks also are asking me for information: How do you obtain Metrodome seats?
The Vikings played their last home game in the Dome on Sunday and the roof soon will be deflated. Seats are up for sale and there is a very short window to put in an order because demolition is set to begin in mid-January.
Organizations wishing to purchase more than 200 seats need to have a purchase agreement finalized by Jan. 2. Individuals wanting to purchase fewer than 200 seats must have purchase agreements in place by Jan. 7. Either way, seats will need to be picked up before Jan. 17.
