SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Tonight, Governor Tim Walz delivered his 2020 State of the State address. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he delivered the speech via video from the Governor’s Residence.
Rep. John Persell (DFL – Bemidji) issued the following statement:
“I am thankful for Governor Walz’s strong and steady response to the pandemic. While there are more issues we will need to address in the coming days, weeks, and months, I am confident in Governor Walz’s leadership and our ability to come together as Minnesotans to overcome the challenges ahead.”
