Veterans Day in America
Veterans Day is an opportunity to salute the brave servicemen and women who have protected our nation. Their strength and determination in serving the United States of America is a large part of what makes our country the greatest nation on earth. These courageous souls have earned an honored place for all time.
From the Revolutionary War to our most recent conflicts in the Middle East, the United States has always been blessed with fearless soldiers who gave their all. Whenever evil threatened us at home, our armed forces always met the challenge. In so many ways, our military defined what it means to keep peace through strength. Let us never take for granted the sacrifices and achievements of our veterans.
Our debt to those who answered the call to serve the United States can never be repaid. These individuals voluntarily choose to risk their lives to keep us safe. As Americans, we give thanks to these valiant soldiers. May we honor our veterans forever.
