SAINT PAUL, MINN. – Senate Republicans voted down a capital investment bill today, capping off a week where House Republicans continued to refuse to introduce a bonding bill of their own. House DFL Leader Paul Thissen released the following statement.
“It’s time for House and Senate Republicans to do their job. Their actions and inactions show Minnesotans they are not serious about governing.
We, along with Minnesotans, want this to be a productive legislative session for our families and children. But Republicans are moving us no closer to the compromise needed to get the work of the people done this session.”
