Here’s a reminder about the Community Forum on Lowering Pharmaceutical Drug Prices I’m hosting with Attorney General Keith Ellison tomorrow night, Wednesday, March 11, at 6 p.m. Please note that we have a new location: Hamline University in Room 101 of West Hall.
I’m looking forward to this important conversation to discuss an issue important to all Minnesotans: skyrocketing prescription drug prices. We will outline the findings of the Attorney General’s Task Force on Pharmaceutical Drug Prices, a panel on which I had the opportunity to serve. The taskforce developed several recommendations, including a ban on prescription drug price gouging. I already am the author of legislation which does that, and I am committed to advancing it in the House of Representatives soon.
