ST. PAUL—Today, Governor Mark Dayton gave his State of the State address. Representative Frank Hornstein (DFL-Minneapolis) released the following statement:
“Governor Dayton continues to think of all of Minnesota with his policies. His transportation plan provides long-term, constitutionally dedicated funding, that will help every part of the state. Governor Dayton’s transportation approach unites our state, in contrast to the GOP plan that slashes metro transit and relies on large shifts and gimmicks to fund transportation.”
