Here's wishing you a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
We all have different opinions as we reflect on the events of 2013. The good? The bad? The ugly? Whatever your thoughts, this is a good time to take what we have learned in the last year and strive to make the best of 2014.
The Legislature currently is in recess and the 2014 session will begin Feb. 25. Preparation already is underway, but will begin in earnest after the holidays. It will be a fresh session, with new issues and old issues – along with some new twists on old issues.
I will let you know how things unfold along the way, but please continue providing me with input. Your emails are helpful as I work to do my best in representing the area, but also give me an opportunity to share information/insight about the topics on people’s minds through these email updates.
