Saint Paul, MN – Friday, the United States Supreme Court voted to overturn Roe vs. Wade in a landmark 6-3 decision. Representative Alice Hausman (DFL – Falcon Heights) released the following statement:
“Delivering health care to Minnesotans is at the core of our work at the legislature. Friday’s Supreme Court ruling, though expected, was shocking and takes aim at this fundamental right. During my time in the legislature, we have ensured women and their doctors are empowered with making the best health care choices and we will continue to work hard to prevent extreme politicians from interfering with this relationship.”
