Neighbors and Friends, I have announced I will not seek reelection in 2022. It has been a great privilege to serve our district the last 17 terms. I am stepping aside during this redistricting period, to make room for new voices and new perspectives. I look forward to new challenges, to enjoy time with my children, grandchildren, friends, and explore my new neighborhood. Recently, the Pioneer Press published an article by Bill Salisbury about my announcement. My term does not end until January of 2022 and there is so much more work to do! I look forward to joining with my colleagues, neighbors, advocates, and you to continue working for affordable and available housing all over Minnesota. You can follow our efforts through the Minnesota House Housing Finance and Policy Committee, which I chair. Infrastructure Package Approved Congress passed the bipartisan infrastructure deal, providing generational investments all over Minnesota. You can read more here. |
