Dear Friends,
I wanted to write and wish you and yours a very safe and Happy Thanksgiving. We have a great deal to be thankful for here in Minnesota, and in our home district. I hope you're able to celebrate with loved ones and give thanks for the many blessings in your life.
I am grateful for the opportunity to serve our area in the legislature, and look forward to continuing my work on your behalf as session begins in early January.
I was recently appointed chair of the Education Innovation Policy committee, and am looking forward to putting my teaching experience to use as we work to improve our education system for Minnesota students.
Look for more updates as session draws closer, committee assignments are made, and our agenda begins to take shape.
