Town Hall Reminder

We'll be holding our second Town Hall of the legislative session this weekend, with information below:

What: District 45 Town Hall

Who: Rep. Lyndon Carlson, Rep. Mike Freiberg, Sen. Ann Rest, and members of the community

Where: Crystal Community Center, 4800 Douglas Dr N, Crystal, MN 55429

When: Saturday, February 16, 9:30-11 a.m.


Capitol Youth Climate Confab

With legislation to enact a 100 percent renewable energy standard making its way through the legislature, addressing global climate change is becoming a major issue at the Capitol. In Minnesota, youth are leading the way on this issue, and students who don't have school on Presidents' Day are invited to the State Capitol to take part in the Youth Climate Confab.

Who: Rep. Laurie Pryor, Rep. Jamie Long, youth interested in a 100% state renewable energy standard

Where: Room 500N, State Office Building, 100 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55155
