Because of the holiday weekend, this message wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving will replace my normal Friday Update. Like me, I hope you have plans with family, friends, and a whole lot of great food! This year we even get a Vikings game to watch before eating!
Thanksgiving is a special day that has us all reflect back on the many things and people we have to be thankful for. This season can be difficult for our local charities and groups who help provide services for those less fortunate. If you have extra time or spare dollars this holiday season, we have many worthy local charities that could use your help.
Santa's Magical Workshop
This Saturday, November 25th, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Fountains at Arbor Lakes there is a great Christmas event for the whole family: Santa's Magical Workshop. There will be sleigh rides led by real reindeer. Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus and have the opportunity to pet a variety of animals in a holiday petting zoo, located near Dave & Busters and KleinBank. Shops and businesses in the Fountains at Arbor Lakes will be offering activities for the whole family!
