Capitol Restoration Celebrations August 11-13!
You and your family are encouraged to attend any of the fun events that are planned for the Grand Re-Opening of the fully restored Capitol building and grounds.

Homestead Credit Refund Deadline is August 15
For those of you who qualify for a Homestead Credit Refund or a Renters Credit Refund, the filing deadline is August 15th. This refund benefits homeowners and renters with high property taxes in relation to their incomes.
As a general rule-of-thumb, if your property taxes are about 2% or more of your household income, you probably qualify. Income limits are $108,659 for homeowners and $58,879 for renters.
