Dear Neighbors,
This Saturday, House Majority Leader Ryan Winkler, Rep. Tina Liebling, and I are hosting a Community Conversation on Cannabis from 3-4pm at the Heintz Center (1926 College View Road East, Rochester). Eleven states and the District of Columbia have legalized cannabis for adult-use, and when the Minnesota Legislature returns in February, it’s likely we’ll start the conversation on what that could look like for our state.
To that end I want to hear from you. We’re holding this event in order for the public to weigh in with direct feedback on how we might establish a responsible framework for adult-use cannabis, and I want to hear your comments and concerns.
