Dear Neighbors,
The 2019 legislative session wrapped up just about one month ago. Despite divided government, this year the Legislature came together to increase investments in Minnesota’s students, protect health care for more than one million Minnesotans, make taxes fairer for working families, tackle the opioid epidemic, and strengthen safety for seniors and vulnerable adults.
Still, there is much more to do. I hope you can join me at one of two upcoming Town Hall Meetings in Hibbing and Floodwood to recap what we accomplished this session and discuss your priorities for the future and how we can work together to make Minnesota an even stronger state with more opportunities to succeed.
