It was a pleasure to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the re-opening of the County Road 101 bridge today after an eight-month construction closure. This is a major intersection off Highway 12 in District 33A and the new version includes added turn lanes and will be an improved, safer crossing. Despite a tough construction season with an inordinate amount of rain, the contractor got the job done on time and our local travels are a bit easier today. Congratulations to everyone involved in this important project on seeing it to its conclusion.
