Constituent Services Coordinator - Republican Caucus

Full-time Constituent Service Coordinator position in the Minnesota House of Representatives Republican Caucus.

CS Coordinator is responsible for managing high quality constituent outreach and responses from Members. Writing skills as well as project management skills are essential. Tasks include: coordinate responses for multiple legislative issues and work with Media, Research, Legislative Assistant staff, and external agencies to conduct constituent outreach and resolve constituent issues. Track and evaluate constituent responses. Excellent customer service skills required.

A successful candidate should possess:

- Strong leadership skills and work ethic.

- Attention to detail. Well organized and effective management of multiple tasks is a must.

- Thorough understanding of the legislative process and the importance of response time.

We prefer someone with: (1) previous writing experience, (2) excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work long and irregular hours especially during session. Frequent public contact and excellent human relations skills a must.

Entry salary $2,723.93 semi-monthly commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits.
