FINANCE & POLICY MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Workforce and Business Development Finance and Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 16, 2022, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Greenman moved to approve the minutes for the February 8, 2021, meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Vice Chair Xiong moved to approve the minutes for the February 14, 2021, meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Chair Noor moved that HF 2017 be referred to the Committee on State Government Finance and Policy.

Chair Noor moved to adopt HF2017A2. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Reyer presented HF 2017 as amended.

Chair Noor moved that HF 2921 be referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.

Chair Noor moved to adopt HF2921A1. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Wazlawik presented HF2921 as amended.

Chair Noor renewed his motion to refer HF 2921 as amended, to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.

A roll call vote was requested.

Chair Noor moved to adopt HF2811DE1. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Ecklund presented HF 2811 as amended.
