Minutes

Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on February 9, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Greenman moved that the minutes from February 3, 2021 be adopted. Motion prevailed.

Presentation by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) on the Governor’s Budget proposal.

HF 334 (Frederick) Agency policy provisions adopted, occupational safety and health data classified, minor apprenticeship data classified, and Construction Codes Advisory Council membership modified.

Representative Frederick moved that HF 334 be referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.

Representative Frederick presented the bill.
