Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Behavioral Health Policy Division, and pursuant to House rule 10.01, called the remote meeting to order at 8:30 am on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.

Representative Baker moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting from Wednesday, February 10, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 722 (Thompson) – Substance use disorder provider rate increase for culturally specific and disability responsive services

Representative Thompson moved that House File 722 be recommended for referral to the Human Services Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Thompson moved the A-1 author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Thompson presented the bill as amended.
