MINUTES

Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on March 2, 2022, remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Lead Albright moved that the minutes from March 1, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF338 (Klevorn) Direct Care Service Corps established, report required, and money appropriated.
Chair Schultz moved the A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.


Testifier:

• Diane Drost, parent advocate
Chair Schultz laid HF338 over, as amended for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy Omnibus bill.
HF3524 (Klevorn) Home care services modified by adding care coordination and care evaluation, and home and community-based service homemaker rates established.
Chair Schultz moved the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schultz laid HF3524 over, as amended for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy Omnibus bill.
HF2925 (Moller) Home and community-based services, expanded access to shared services, appeals of service terminations for persons living in own-home settings, and support coordination training provided, and money appropriated.
Rep. Moller moved the DE1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schultz laid HF2925 over, as amended for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy Omnibus bill.
