Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy MINUTES
Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on March 4th, 2021, pursuant to House rule
10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services, Facebook Live, and YouTube live streaming.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. Members present:

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. A quorum was present.

Rep. Nelson moved that the minutes from March 2nd, 2021 be approved. MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1250 (BECKER-FINN) Land-transaction cost reimbursement required, state park land added and deleted, new state forest established, and surplus state land private sale authorized.

Rep. Becker-Finn moved that HF1250 be recommended to be re-referred to the House Ways and Means Committee

Rep. Becker-Finn moved the H1250A4 to amend HF1250, and the amendment was ADOPTED. Rep. Becker-Finn presented the bill, as amended.
Rep. Becker-Finn renewed the motion that HF1250, as amended, be recommended to be re- referred to the House Ways and Means Committee and a roll was taken:

Rep. Hansen moved H0639A1 to amend HF639, as amended, and the amendment was ADOPTED.
