Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy MINUTES
Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on February 4th, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services, Facebook Live, and YouTube live streaming.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. Members present:

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. A quorum was present.

Rep. Jordan moved that the minutes from February 2nd, 2021 be approved. MOTION PREVAILED.

HF78 (WAZLAWIK) Perfluorochemicals defined as hazardous substance under Minnesota Environment Response and Liability Act.

Rep. Wazlawik moved that HF78 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill. Rep. Wazlawik moved H0078A3 to amend HF78 and a roll was taken:
