Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:31am on March 2, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Rep. Bennett moved that the minutes from February 25, 2021 be approved. Motion prevailed.

Presentation on the release of the report from the Office of the Legislative Auditor on the evaluation of the Collaborative Urban and Greater Minnesota Educators of Color (CUGMEC) grant program.

Presentation on the Professional Educator and Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB).
