MINUTES

Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM, February 27, 2020 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Elkins moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 25, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Chair Nelson moved HF3616 be referred to the Committee on Ways & Means.

HF3616 (Lee); Changing state procurement provisions.

Chair Nelson renewed the motion that HF3616 be referred to the Committee on Ways & Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Nelson moved HF3631 be held over for further consideration.

HF3631 (Freiberg); Appropriating money to modify public spaces for disability accommodations.

HF1358 (Elkins); Appropriating money for grants to cities and counties to improve website accessibility.

Representative Elkins moved Amendment H1358DE1. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
