MINUTES

Representative Mariani, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on April 16th, 2020. The meeting was broadcasted via Zoom and House Public Information Services. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Edelson moved to approve the minutes for the April 6th, 2020 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Presentation by the MN Department of Public Safety on the Supplemental Budget for HF4540.

Chair Mariani laid HF4304, as amended, for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

The meeting adjourned at 2:15 P.M.
