Representative Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:51 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lesch began the meeting at 9:51 a.m. A quorum was present.

Representative Cantrell moved the minutes from March 12, 2019 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 932 (Moller) Emergency contacts disclosure on driver's license applications authorized.

Representative Moller motioned to re-refer HF 932 to the Ways and Means Committee.

HF 724 (Cantrell) Parentage of woman who provides donated ova clarified, and rights of spouse to parentage when assisted reproductive technology is used clarified.

Representative Cantrell moved HF 724 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.
