Representative Moller, Vice Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45am on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

HF 741 (Noor) Money bail use for certain offenses limited.
Representative Noor moved to recommend HF 741 be re-referred to the Public Safety Committee.
Representative Noor moved the HF 741 A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Noor moved the HF 741 A6 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Noor presented HF 741 to the committee.
