MINUTES

Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Division, calls the thirteenth meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 4th, 2020 in room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fischer moves the minutes from February 19th, 2020 for adoption. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE MINUTES ARE ADOPTED.

HF 3348 (Her) Landlords prohibited from imposing fees, landlord entry restricted and improper entry fees amended, court administrator authorized to set conciliation court filing fees for recovery of possession actions

Rep. Her moves that HF 3348 be referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law committee.

Rep. Her moves the A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.
