MINUTES

Representative Bernardy, Chair of the Higher Education Finance & Policy Division, called the remote meeting to order at 2:30 P.M. on April 15, 2020, pursuant to House Rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via House Public Information Services. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lien moved the minutes from March 11, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice-Chair Pryor assumed the gavel at 2:36 P.M.

H.F. 4553 (Bernardy) Higher education institutional approval provisions amended, and fees established and increased.

Chair Bernardy moved that H.F. 4553 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Chair Bernardy moved the A1 amendment. The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll on the motion.
