Representative Bernardy, Chair of the Higher Education Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:36 P.M. on February 12, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Wolgamott moved that the minutes of February 6, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The University of Minnesota gave their budget request presentation.
