Representative Mikael Sundin, Chair of the Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:34 P.M. on March 13th 2019, in Room 120 of the Minnesota State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Lippert moved that the minutes of the committee meeting held on March 6th, 2019 be approved.

Rep. Sundin moved that “Page 1, delete lines 3 and 4 and insert: "Page 1, line 22, delete "to the commissioner" and after the first period insert "Determinations of exempt status shall be made by the commissioner of human rights."" be adopted to A19.
