MINUTES

Representative Morrison, Vice Chair of the Health and Human Services Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:38 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Frieberg moved to adopt the minutes from Tuesday, March 3, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Huot moved that HF3794 be recommended for placement on the General Register.

Representative Huot moved the A-2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Huot presented HF3794.

Representative Huot renewed the motion that HF 3794, as amended, be recommended for placement on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Chair moved that HF3928 be recommended for re-referral to the Committee on Government Operations.

The Chair moved the A-1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Vang presented HF3928.
