MINUTES

Representative Moran, Chair of the Health and Human Services Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:49 PM on Monday, February 11, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Schultz moved HF267 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.

House Research Analyst, Danyell Punelli, presented an overview of the elderly waiver language recodification and technical corrections.

Chair Moran laid over HF267 until a quorum could be present.
