MINUTES

Representative Duane Sauke, Vice Chair of the Government Operations Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:46am on March 3rd, 2020, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Nelson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 27th, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moved HF3387 be referred to the General Register.

HF3387 (Freiberg); Autism Awareness Day established.

Representative Freiberg moved HF3387A20-0644. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg presented the bill.

HF983 (Elkins); Elections; ranked-choice voting adoption by jurisdictions authorized; adoption, implementations, and use of ranked-choice voting procedures established; electronic voting systems with reallocation feature use by municipalities allowed; and rulemaking authorized.
