Representative Mike Freiberg, Chair of the Government Operations, called the twentieth meeting to order at 9:52am on March 14, 2019, in the basement hearing room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moves to adopt amendment A19-0217 with the following technical change: in line 1.3 replace “…” with “8” and in line 1.4 replace “…” with “42”. MOTION PREVAILED.
