Representative Mike Freiberg, Chair of the Government Operations, called the seventh meeting to order at 9:47AM on February 7, 2019, in the basement hearing room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moved HF141 in front of the committee and to be re-referred to the Ways and Means committee.
